Our History
Dabco Transportation Inc. has been proudly operated since 1959. The company was founded by Don and Barb Wilkinson under the original name D.S. Wilkinson Trucking, starting with just a single truck and a strong commitment to service. As demand grew, Don expanded operations and partnered as an agent for several established carriers with operating authority. By the mid-1970s, the Wilkinsons seized the opportunity to obtain their own authority, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. Out of that vision, Dabco Transportation Inc. was born—its name honoring both Don and Barb (“Don and Barb Co.”). What began as a small, family-run trucking business has since evolved into a trusted name in transportation, renowned for its dedicated trucking services and dedicated fleet service. Built on decades of hard work, dedication, and the same values of reliability and service that guided its founding.
